Eye is one of the greatest gift people should always protect because with eyes they can appreciate how beautiful this world is. To keep your eyes healthy is necessary and one of the ways to do it is by paying attention on foods you consume. Foods that contain of vitamin A are apparently not the only beneficial resource to support your eyes health because fruits like oranges and guavas are rich of vitamin C that helps preventing eye disease like cataract. Based on the studies, vitamin A gained from carrots and tomatoes is useful to avoid the eyes from getting dried or known as Xerophthalmia. In fact, vitamin A slows down cataract development. You can obtain vitamin A from other foods like liver, butter, and foods that contain of carotene. |

Prevention is better than cure .This is applicable for eye health too. Eye care is better than eye cure. So do take good care of your eyes and I think this can be done by taking in lot of vitamins especially vitamin A into your diet.
